Warehouse Operative (Night Shift) – Cardiff | Part-time | Flexible Hours

Your key responsibilities:

• Sort parcels accurately by destination to ensure timely deliveries across Cardiff and beyond.
• Safely lift and manoeuvre parcels weighing up to 25kg, following manual handling guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to support smooth operations and health & safety compliance.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols at all times.
• Report any operational issues promptly to your supervisor to help maintain quality standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to start shifts at 02:00 and work flexible, part-time night hours.
• Good physical fitness to handle parcels safely and efficiently.
• Previous experience in parcel sorting or warehouse roles is preferred but not essential.
• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude with a strong team spirit.
• Commitment to contributing to a smooth-running night operation.
