Attendance Mentor

At Unity College, we are committed to supporting every student’s potential to succeed, both academically and socially. Our Attendance Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring students are present, safe, and engaged in their learning. We are looking to appoint a highly organised and dedicated Attendance Administrator to join our team, contributing to the effective monitoring and improvement of student attendance across the college.

We know that regular attendance is the key to enabling young people to maximise the educational opportunities available to them and to become emotionally resilient, confident and competent adults.

Our Attendance Mentors play a key role in that ensuring barriers to learning, particularly regarding attendance, are overcome by working directly with students and their families to secure excellent punctuality and attendance.
