Your role:
As SEND Class Teacher, you will lead high-quality provision across two specialist high-needs classrooms, supporting up to 14 pupils in each pathway. You will plan and deliver personalised learning experiences aligned to pupils' EHCP outcomes, ensuring every child is challenged, engaged and empowered to reach their full potential. Working closely with Room Leads, support staff, families and external professionals, you will be instrumental in creating a nurturing, structured and stimulating environment where pupils can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
We are looking for a qualified teacher with experience of delivering student-centred learning within a SEND environment. You will have a strong understanding of assessment, personalised learning and inclusive teaching strategies, alongside the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families. Experience of supporting autistic pupils, delivering evidence-based approaches such as Attention Autism or Intensive Interaction, and using specialist assessment tools would be advantageous. Most importantly, you will share our commitment to inclusion, high expectations and helping every child achieve meaningful success.
