OVERVIEW:

· The successful Private Client Solicitor will have 10+ years' PQE, with strong technical expertise across the full spectrum of private client work and previous supervisory or management experience.
· As Head of Private Client, you will manage your own high-quality caseload while leading and developing the wider team and playing a key role in shaping the future direction of the department.
· Your caseload will include Wills and estate planning, Trusts, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
· You will build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high-quality service while identifying opportunities for business development and continued growth of the department.
· The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, together with the commercial awareness and ambition to develop people and grow a successful Private Client team.
· A STEP qualification would be highly advantageous, as would an established network of professional contacts and referrers.
