Resourcing Group is working with a developer looking to hire an experienced and multi skilled Carpenter to join their maintenance team (also known as 'After Care').

The business would like to hire 1 additional experienced Multi Trade person with a carpentry and/or joinery background with a view to starting ASAP. The ideal person will have demonstrable experience with in either the Carpentry, with the ability to turn their hand to other trades also eg basic tiling, patch repair, general maintenance, basic plumbing eg fixing a leak. In addition, property maintenance experience, working specifically in people's homes is preferable.

These role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, offering genuine security as well as a company van, fuel card and fair benefits including travel expenses and more.

The working week is Monday to Friday 8am to 430pm.

Essential:

• Previous experience
• Own tools
• Full UK Driving License
• Asbestos awareness - if you don't have this, or yours has expired, we can arrange for this to be re done
• DBS - we can arrange for this to be done for any successful candidate
