About the role
Holt Engineering is currently looking for a keen and driven Trainee Factory Operative to join their busy Manufacturing Department on a temporary to permanent bases.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to join a busy and every growing business and put their education into practice.
Requirements needed for this Trainee Factory Operative Role:
- Qualifications within Engineering or Mechanics at college or university level would be advantageous but not essential
- Possess excellent attention to detail and a meticulous way of thinking
- Keen and eager to learn and develop within a new role
- Previous experience within a facotry or workshop setting is essential
- Working with a range of products
- Learning the full shot peen process
- Operating various machinery
- Full on-the-job training
- No weekend work
- On site parking
- Overtime at a higher rate
- Permament oppurtunity in the future
