Generate new business through calls, networking and client meetings. Identify opportunities and win, grow and retain accounts. Meet with clients to understand their staffing requirements. Build long-term commercial partnerships. Work towards targets and earn uncapped commission. About You: Confident, outgoing and commercially driven. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Resilient, ambitious and target focused. Experience in B2B sales, recruitment, business development or account management is advantageous.
