We have been asked to recruit a position for a growing company based in Corby.

Trading for 7 years, they already have a turnover of £5M and have increased the team and invested in a new office.

As the company has grown, they would like to recruit a permanent, part-time position to cover the bookkeeping and some admin support.

There is a wealth of knowledge in the business, and you’ll be given everything you need to get up to speed.

In terms of flexibility, you’ll have the ability to shape your role. … They suspect this will be around 22.5 to 25 hours per week.

You can either work full days or spread your hours across the week. … There is flexible and hybrid working so this will be a mixture of being in the office or from home.

Below is a very brief overview of the position but essentially you will shape the role to what works for the business.
