Role:
- Answering phones
- Handling emails
- Scheduling calendars
- Arranging meetings and managing diaries
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering stationery and office equipment.
- Typing letters, formatting reports, and scanning documents.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 08:30-17:00
