Key Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you’ll be a warm and welcoming first point of contact, helping to create a memorable guest experience.

• Manage guest arrivals and departures with a warm, professional approach
• Handle a variety of reception and reservations tasks
• Deliver attentive and personalised guest service
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Work across early, middle and late shifts on a rota basis
• Work closely with the wider team to maintain high standards
• Use systems such as Rezlynx, Secure Trading and ResDiary

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an organised and versatile Receptionist who enjoys working in a hands-on team environment.

• Previous 4-star (or higher) hotel reception experience within a luxury or boutique environment is essential
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident working as part of a dedicated team
• Flexible and adaptable approach to different shifts and responsibilities
• Access to a car is essential due to the accommodation & hotel location
