The Role

We are seeking a Careers Administrator to join our support team at The Oxford Academy. You will either have experience in administration, student support, work experience coordination, and careers event management, or demonstrate the aptitude and drive to develop into the role with structured support.

Reporting to the Deputy Headteacher for Personal Development & Culture, you will provide administrative support to coordinate work experience for Years 10 and 12, manage student destination tracking, liaise with external employers, and oversee careers software and budgets.
