Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3) - Wirral Area

Are you a dedicated and qualified early years educator seeking a permanent professional opportunity in The Wrral? We are currently seeking a committed Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive childcare team. This permanent role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute their expertise to a nurturing environment focused on high-quality early development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care and early education aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Design and implement engaging, creative activities that support individual developmental milestones.
• Serve as a Key Person, meticulously monitoring child progress and maintaining accurate developmental records.
• Establish and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and the broader team.
• Uphold safe, inclusive, and stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments.

Qualifications

• Must possess a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience working within an early years setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and mandatory safeguarding procedures.
• Strong communication skills, professional reliability, and a genuine commitment to early childhood excellence.

• Full-time position: between the hours of 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Location: Forest Row
• Salary: £14-£16 per hour depending on experience
