The Role
As a Research Executive, you’ll focus mainly on quantitative healthcare market research, with particular exposure to post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF) projects. You’ll help shape surveys, manage international fieldwork, analyse findings and turn complex data into clear client reports. You’ll receive support from experienced colleagues while building practical skills across questionnaire design, data analysis, project management and medical device regulations. It’s a role with room to grow, take on greater responsibility and develop a long-term career in healthcare market research.
- Manage multiple quantitative research projects and coordinate fieldwork recruitment.
- Design quantitative questionnaires for UK and international research projects.
- Analyse quantitative data using Excel and SPSS files.
- Create clear findings and reports using PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Support company initiatives and contribute ideas across the wider business.
- Build knowledge of medical device regulations and PMCF requirements.

Requirements
We’re looking for an analytical and organised graduate who enjoys working with data and communicating findings clearly.
Must-Have
- Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline; a science degree is preferred
- Strong understanding of quantitative research techniques
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
- Confidence managing multiple tasks, deadlines and projects
- Ability to create quantitative questionnaires and interpret complex datasets
Nice-to-Have
- Up to two years’ experience in market research or PMCF
- Healthcare or medical device market experience
- Experience using SPSS and preparing findings in PowerPoint
- Interest in developing knowledge of medical device regulations
