Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of Nextech's solutions to MedSpa, aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, and other cosmetic-focused practices. This role manages the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation through contract execution, while serving as a trusted advisor to practice leaders seeking to improve patient engagement, streamline operations, and accelerate business growth through technology. The Regional Sales Manager builds strong customer relationships, delivers consultative product demonstrations, and partners with the Client Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and long-term client success.
