We are currently recruiting for a PAT Tester / Van Driver to join our client based in West Bromwich on an ongoing basis.
This is a varied role, with approximately half of your working week spent in the shop carrying out PAT testing on returned electrical equipment, with the other half spent driving a company van to deliver and collect equipment.

We are currently recruiting for a PAT Tester / Van Driver to join our client based in West Bromwich on an ongoing basis.
This is a varied role, with approximately half of your working week spent in the shop carrying out PAT testing on returned electrical equipment, with the other half spent driving a company van to deliver and collect equipment.
The Role:
- Carrying out PAT testing on returned electrical equipment
- Checking equipment is safe and suitable for reuse
- Delivering and collecting equipment using a company van
- Loading and unloading the vehicle
- Completing relevant paperwork and records
- Providing a professional service to customers
- Keeping the vehicle and work area clean and tidy
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous PAT testing experience is preferred, but training may be available for the right candidate
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Good customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically capable of loading and unloading equipment
