Warehouse Operative & Counterbalance Forklift

We’re recruiting a motivated, reliablle counterbalance forklift experience to join a busy distribution centre in NR7, Norwich. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and enjoys varied warehouse and forklift duties throughout a night shift.

The Role

• Warehouse operations including product handling, scanning and processing

• Counterbalance forklift work (valid licence required)

• Loading, unloading and moving freight within the depot

• Working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment

• Night shift: 21:00 – 08:00

• Other shifts 2300 – 0800 (or to when work is complete)

Requirements

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred

• Good attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Comfortable with manual handling

• Reliable, punctual and motivated for night work
