£25,000 – £28,000 per annum

Our client is a well-established, growing company based in Sunbury-on-Thames, and they’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic and proactive Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join their friendly, close-knit team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with people, enjoys variety and isn’t afraid to get stuck in!

You’ll be at the heart of the business, supporting customers, coordinating installations and training, managing orders and stock, and helping the wider team keep everything running smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Customer Service
Provide friendly, professional support to customers via phone, email and video calls, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Client Installations & Training
Coordinate and deliver remote installation and training sessions using platforms such as Teams and Zoom.

Customer Feedback
Assist with customer satisfaction surveys, gathering valuable feedback and helping to report on customer experience.

Orders & Stock
Manage web and email orders while helping coordinate stock, deliveries and logistics.

Marketing Support
Get involved with marketing activities and initiatives, helping the business continue to grow.

Administration
Provide general administrative support across the business — no two days are quite the same!

Tech-savvy and comfortable using phones, email and online platforms such as Teams and Zoom
Organised and proactive, with great attention to detail
Enthusiastic, positive and happy to take on a variety of tasks
A natural problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions
Keen to learn, develop and build a long-term career
Local to the Sunbury-on-Thames area and happy working in a friendly, office-based environment
