Sales & Showroom Coordinator | Ilford, Essex
£28,000 – £30,000 per annum + commission

We’re recruiting for a Sales & Showroom Coordinator to join an established local business that has been trading for around 30 years. This isn’t about the hard sell. We’re looking for someone great with people, commercially minded and knows how to turn an enquiry into an order.

What you’ll be doing

• Responding to new customer enquiries
• Preparing and following up quotations
• Following up leads from the growing online door business
• Speaking with homeowners, letting agents, managing agents and builders
• Helping secure and book new work
• Greeting customers and showcasing products
• Booking appointments for the sales team
• Taking ownership of enquiries and seeing them through

You’ll need to be confident on the phone, organised, proactive and naturally good at building relationships.

Experience within windows, doors, double glazing or home improvements would be an advantage, although property, lettings or a similar customer focused background could also work well. There’s commission on the business you bring in, plus the opportunity to take real ownership of a growing part of the company.
