What we expect from you:

Our Floor Managers  ensure that the business is run efficiently by encouraging the team to deliver excellent customer service and overseeing the daily organisation of the store .Some of your responsibilities will be to:

•        Monitor and analyse commercial and product  data to improve the sales and productivity  of your store

•        Oversee all your store operational tasks

•        Motivate and develop your team

•        Be an ambassador for our companies sustainability project
