The role:

  • This is an exciting time to join our team as we go through a period of transformation. We are looking for committed individuals to join us across our Lifestyles Leisure Centres in Liverpool. As a Customer Assistant, you will be at the heart of our service, creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer
  • As the first point of contact and the face of Lifestyles as the Customer Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping people feel supported, valued and motivated on their health and wellbeing journey. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, building strong relationships and making a real difference in your community, we would love to hear from you
  • The Customer Assistant will deliver a consistently warm, welcoming and professional customer experience, ensuring every visitor receives excellent service and support
  • Act as an ambassador for Lifestyles, creating a positive first impression and promoting our health, wellbeing and community-focused services
  • In the role of Customer Assistant, you will manage customer enquiries, bookings, memberships and payments accurately and efficiently using our digital systems and resolve customer queries and concerns confidently, escalating issues where appropriate and always striving to achieve positive outcomes as well as support the smooth day-to-day operation of the leisure centre, assisting with administration, reception and customer engagement activities

This post is fixed term for the purpose of stabilising the workforce as we go through a period of transition including the implementation of a new Leisure Management System while we wait for the outcome of the recent Sprint work and will end 12 months after your start date.
