Commercial Administrator, Duncrue area of Belfast

£27,000 to £29,000 – interviewing this Friday

Working 8-4 Monday to Friday or 9-5 with a 3pm Friday finish and working within a supportive team you will be working across;

We are working with an exciting fitout business, part of a larger contractor, based in the Duncrue are of Belfast (easily accessible by bus) to recruit for their new permanent Commercial Administrator, offering a generous package and interviewing this Friday.

• Inputting and updating pricing data for interior fit-out materials, blinds, curtains, and commercial shading solutions
• Assisting the management and surveying teams with compiling accurate cost breakdowns for tenders and client quotes
• Processing purchase orders, logging vendor invoices, and cross-checking pricing discrepancies against supplier agreements
• Maintaining organized financial and operational records for active commercial and public sector fit-out projects

What we are looking for….

• Previous background in a general administrative, estimator support, or account’s/pricing role—ideally within construction, manufacturing, or interiors
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and internal database/accounting software.
• Liaison capabilities to coordinate effectively with suppliers, Henry Brothers contractors, and internal staff.
