Location: Wilton, RedcarStart Date: Immediate StartDuration: Ongoing WorkHours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm Site Gate Person Required - Wilton, Redcar We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Site Gate Person to work on a construction project based in Wilton, Redcar. This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent hours and an immediate start for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for all visitors, deliveries, and site personnel, helping to maintain a safe and secure working environment. Key ResponsibilitiesControlling access and egress to the construction site.Signing visitors, contractors, and deliveries in and out.Checking identification and site inductions where required.Directing vehicles and pedestrians safely around the site entrance.Maintaining accurate site records and logs.Assisting site management with general site administration duties.Ensuring all visitors adhere to site health and safety procedures.Keeping the gate area clean, organised, and secure at all times.Reporting any incidents, concerns, or unauthorised access to site management.RequirementsPrevious experience working as a Gate Person, Traffic Marshal, Site Access Controller, or in a similar construction environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Reliable and punctual with a strong awareness of health and safety.Ability to work independently and professionally.Valid CSCS Card preferred.Traffic Marshal/Banksman qualification advantageous but not essential.Pay Rates (PAYE) Monday to FridayFirst 9.5 hours per day: £15.19 per hourOvertimeMidweek overtime: £18.98 per hourSaturday: £18.98 per hourSunday: £18.98 per hourThe NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
