United Kingdom Options Resourcing Ltd Foot Mobile Engineer - Electrical or Mechanical Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 Start Date: ASAP Travel Expenses Paid   We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer to join a growing Facilities Management team, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across London and Maidenhead. This is a great opportunity for either an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who enjoys a varied role, working across multiple sites and carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.   The Role You will be responsible for providing day-to-day maintenance support across seven sites, with regular attendance required at each location.   Sites include: - Maidenhead - 1 day per week on a set day - Wimbledon - 1 day per week on a set day - King's Cross - St Paul's - Borough Market - Liverpool Street - Central London location The sites in Maidenhead and Wimbledon are fixed days each week, with the remaining sites forming part of the wider mobile portfolio.   Key Responsibilities - Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across multiple sites. - Responding to reactive maintenance issues and completing repairs. - Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective maintenance solutions. - Completing routine inspections and building services checks. - Supporting the wider FM team with general M&E maintenance. - Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard. - Completing maintenance records and reporting any defects or issues. - Liaising with clients, site teams and contractors where required. - Managing your own workload and travelling between sites as required. About You - Qualified or experienced Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. - Strong commercial building maintenance experience. - Comfortable working across multiple sites. - Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills. - Able to work independently and manage your own workload. - Professional and confident when dealing with clients and site teams. - Full UK driving licence advantageous. - Flexible approach to working across London and the wider portfolio.   What's on offer - £40,000 - £44,000 salary depending on experience. - Travel expenses paid. - Permanent opportunity. - Seven-site portfolio with a good variety of work. - Set weekly days at Maidenhead and Wimbledon. - Immediate start available. - Opportunity to join an established FM team.
