About the role


Case Administrator (Probation Helpdesk & Administration)
Location: Norwich (Centenary House, 19 Palace Street, NR3 1RT)

* Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
* Full-time hours: 37 hours per week
* Work pattern: start with full office-based, then move to 3 days in office / 2 days home
* Assignment length: until 31/03/2027, with possibility of extension
* Clearance: MOJ EL1 vetting, including DBS checks
* Start: ASAP (subject to vetting)
* Holiday will be restricted during the first few weeks due to training

Hiring for a reputed client, this full-time Case Administrator role sits within the probation support and administration teams based in Norwich-supporting services for the London Probation Service.


What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the probation helpdesk and administration teams, responding to enquiries from People on Probation, Solicitors, Court Staff, and other third parties
* Carrying out administration tasks that may include enforcement letters, court breach packs, and safeguarding checks
* Helping ensure the service is delivered accurately and promptly, supporting those who rely on it and the wider community
* Sending candidate application links to individuals gathered at a job fair once opportunities are live
* Working full time with an initial focus on building competence, with flexibility to move towards a 3 days in-office / 2 days home pattern (once established)
