About the role
The successful candidate will support EYFS and KS1 and will assist children with additional needs. Lunch time supervision across the wider school will also be included in this role.
We are seeking to appoint teaching assistants who
Supervise and provide particular support for EYFS/KS1 pupils with additional needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities
Assist with the development and implementation of Pupil Profiles / Behaviour plans and Personal Care programs
Establish constructive relationships with pupils and interact with them according to individual needs
Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
Encourage interaction with others and engage in activities led by the teacher
