Business Development Manager – Heat Pumps

An established and rapidly growing renewable heating manufacturer is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to help expand its installer and contractor network across the South.

This is a field-based role focused on developing relationships with heating contractors, installers, merchants and other key partners within the low-carbon heating market.

The role

• Develop and grow a network of installers and contractors
• Identify and onboard new business partners
• Build relationships with merchants and other key industry contacts
• Support customers through the onboarding and sales process
• Develop existing accounts while creating new opportunities
• Represent the business at customer meetings, events and industry exhibitions
• Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams

The person

You could already be working within heat pumps, heating, HVAC, renewables or a related building-services market.

Previous heat pump experience would be advantageous, but we’re equally interested in commercially strong people with good relationships across the heating and installer market.

You’ll need to be comfortable developing new business, building relationships from scratch and spending the majority of your week in front of customers.
