SG18, Biggleswade, Central Bedfordshire FFW Site Services Ltd ROVING DRIVER Royston & Biggleswade Stations £15.61 per hour Immediate Starts We are currently recruiting Roving Drivers to support a leading UK rail operator across Royston and Biggleswade stations. This is a customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll play an important part in supporting passengers, maintaining a safe station environment and delivering excellent customer service. THE ROLE Your duties will include: * Assisting passengers throughout their journey * Deploying accessibility ramps when required * Driving a company vehicle between locations during working hours * Communicating with the client and station teams * Delivering excellent customer service * Responding calmly and professionally to incidents and challenging situations * Monitoring station areas and reporting issues in line with procedures * Providing general assistance to customers WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You must: * Hold a full UK manual driving licence * Have previous customer service experience * Be confident dealing with customers face-to-face * Communicate clearly and professionally * Remain calm under pressure and be comfortable solving problems * Take pride in providing a high standard of customer service * Be able to travel to Royston and Biggleswade * Be fully flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays Shifts will typically be 8, 10 or 12 hours, so full flexibility is essential. BEFORE YOU START Successful applicants will be required to: * Pass a pre-employment Drugs & Alcohol medical * Provide proof of Right to Work in the UK * Provide National Insurance documentation * Have a good standard of spoken English appropriate to the role * Hold a full manual UK driving licence Immediate starts available.
