About St Peter’s Market Bosworth:

St Peter’s CofE Primary School is a welcoming and inclusive Church of England primary school at the heart of the historic town of Market Bosworth and is proud to be part of Embrace Multi Academy Trust. We are a friendly, supportive school community where strong relationships with children, families, staff and St Peter’s Church are at the heart of everything we do.

Our Christian vision, 'Flourishing together within the love of God', shapes school life and underpins our commitment to ensuring every child feels valued, supported and inspired to achieve their best. We are proud of our broad and engaging curriculum, high expectations and the wide range of opportunities we provide to help children develop both in and beyond the classroom.

Our dedicated staff work collaboratively to create a positive learning environment where everyone is encouraged to grow and succeed. Recent successes, including national recognition for our table tennis provision, reflect our commitment to enriching children's experiences.

St Peter’s is a school where children and staff flourish together, supported by a caring ethos, a strong sense of community and the opportunities that come from being part of Embrace Multi Academy Trust.

What Success Looks Like:

• Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance to pupils, particularly those with SEND, through one-to-one support, small group work and reflective opportunities, promoting inclusion, wellbeing and a sense of belonging.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with SEND families, offering pastoral support and acting as a bridge between home, school, church and wider support networks to help children and families flourish.

• Collaborate with school leaders, staff, the Diocese and St Peter's Church to deliver inclusive collective worship, provide chaplaincy support, coordinate events and services, and contribute to the spiritual life of the school community.

• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school by championing the Embrace vision, supporting pupils, staff and families, promoting the school's Christian values, and fostering an inclusive and welcoming community.

• Support our culture of inclusion, respect and belonging.
