Office Relocation project lead required for leading Local government client in greater London. Previous local authority experience required as well as “Office Move”experience . Key areas of the role include;

• To lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of corporate relocations, office moves, service decants, churn activity, and workplace reconfigurations across the Council’s operational estate.
• To provide specialist workplace planning expertise, including space utilisation analysis, occupancy planning, and CAD-based layout design, supporting the Council’s Corporate Landlord model and estate rationalisation objectives.
• To ensure accommodation changes are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to operational services, working collaboratively across Directorates and support functions.

• Delivery of corporate relocations, office moves, decants, and workplace reconfiguration projects.
• Development of workplace layouts, occupancy plans, and space utilisation analysis.
• Expert CAD production and maintenance of building layout plans and move scenarios.
• Coordination of accommodation changes supporting Corporate Landlord and estate rationalisation initiatives.
• Stakeholder engagement with Directorates undergoing accommodation changes.
• Coordination with FM, IT, Security, contractors, and operational teams.
• Minimising operational disruption during moves and workplace changes.
