Global AP Process Leader

As Global AP Process Lead within GBS, you will own the end-to-end AP process across markets and outsourced service providers. You will drive the global AP agenda through process standardization, governance, and transformation, ensuring a scalable, efficient, and high-performing AP operating model. Key Responsibilities Own the global AP process strategy, governance, and standards. Drive process standardization and harmonization across markets, GBS, and outsourced operations. Manage third-party service providers, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead transformation and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, controls, and supplier experience. Own AP process performance, risk management, and compliance, partnering with stakeholders to deliver operational excellence. Promote a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization. For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related area. 10+ years of experience in Accounts Payable within a global, SSC, or GBS environment. Strong experience in global process ownership, governance, and standardization. Good knowledge of automation, digitalization and emerging technologies. Proven track record in leading process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement. Experience managing outsourced service providers and delivering performance through effective governance. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across functions, regions, and organizational levels. Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence, simplification, and innovation. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
