Finance Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. Duties

Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting databases regularly
Support month-end and year-end closing activities by reconciling accounts and preparing reports
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely payments and collections
Help monitor budgets and track financial transactions against forecasts
Respond to internal inquiries related to billing, payments, or account status
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data as requested

Requirements

AAT Level 3
Proven experience or strong interest in finance, accounting, or related fields
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
