Director – Strategic Programme Management | Up to £120k | LondonI’m partnered with a leading change and transformation consultancy looking for a Director to join their Strategic Programme Management practice in London.This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established Programme Management professional who can lead complex transformation, advise executive stakeholders and help shape new business.What you’ll be doing:• Lead large, complex transformation programmes and portfolios from strategy through to delivery• Act as a senior delivery leader across high-impact client engagements• Diagnose complex programme and portfolio challenges and design practical solutions• Work closely with C-suite and senior client stakeholders to shape critical decisions• Lead and develop high-performing consulting and delivery teams• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for further growth• Shape proposals, bids and new business opportunities• Contribute to the development of Programme and Portfolio Management capability• Build external profile through thought leadership and industry engagementWhat they’re looking for:• 10+ years’ experience across management consulting, advisory or professional services• Strong Programme Management / Portfolio Management expertise• Proven experience leading large, complex transformation engagements• Experience managing teams and owning delivery end-to-end• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of developing client relationships• Comfortable operating with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Ability to simplify complex problems and develop practical solutions• Professional accreditation or recognised industry expertise• Degree required; Master's or relevant professional qualifications advantageousThe package:• Up to £120k• London• Director level• Flexible time off• Private medical• Health cash plan• Workplace savings scheme• Enhanced parental leave• Opportunity to shape major transformation programmes and grow an established consulting practiceIf you’re currently a Programme Director, Senior Programme Manager, Transformation Director or Principal-level consultant looking for a genuine leadership opportunity, get in touch
