Supply Special Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and adaptable Cover Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Billingshurst, West Sussex.

In this supply teaching assistant role, you will work closely with classroom teachers to deliver tailored academic and emotional support. You will help maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment and assist pupils with diverse learning needs to achieve their full potential.

Flexible, ad hoc availability is ideal, as day-to-day duties will vary based on the school's needs.

Key Requirements:

• Full eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available for this position).
• Driving license and access to a vehicle preferred due to the rural location.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• 3-6 months of proven experience working with SEN students.

(Salary: £91-£105 per day - ad hoc cover)

Hours: 9-3:30 - Full day only.
