Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance Java-based solutions for telecom charging and signaling systems. Develop and maintain core components using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Implement and integrate solutions leveraging OpenCloud Rhino/JAIN SLEE platforms. Configure and customize SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) to meet specific business requirements. Design and implement solutions that effectively utilize the Diameter protocol for communication between network elements. Work with SS7/CAPv2/MAP signaling protocols to ensure seamless interoperability and functionality. Drive the development and optimization of real-time telecom charging (OCS) solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and other engineering groups, to define requirements and deliver solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in telecommunications and software development. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Java development. Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot framework. Proven experience with OpenCloud Rhino and/or JAIN SLEE. Extensive experience with SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC). In-depth knowledge and practical application of the Diameter protocol. Solid experience with SS7, CAPv2, and MAP signaling protocols. Demonstrated hands-on experience in real-time telecom charging (OCS) environments. Good understanding of telecommunications networks, signaling flows, and charging architectures. Experience in leading technical projects and mentoring teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
