We are working with an established engineering business who are looking to appoint a Technical Proposals & Documentation Engineer to join their team.
This is a varied technical role covering estimating, proposals, compliance documentation and project support, working closely with sales, design and installation teams.
The Role:
- Preparing quotations and technical proposals
- Costing equipment, materials and projects
- Producing technical and compliance documentation
- Preparing RAMS and Standard Operating Procedures
- Managing project documentation and internal systems
- Liaising with sales, design and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly
The Person:
- Background in mechanical engineering, manufacturing or a similar technical environment
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Highly organised with excellent IT skills
- Comfortable working with technical information and producing professional documentation
- Commercially aware with a methodical approach
