Brent Council is seeking an experienced and motivated Parking Service Contract Operations Manager to lead our Parking Operations Team and performance manage multiple contracts including the enforcement contractor.
This is a key role responsible for overseeing the Council's parking enforcement contract, driving service improvement, managing performance, and ensuring delivery of high-quality parking services for residents, businesses and visitors.
Working within our Public Realm service, you will lead a high performing team, manage complex contractor relationships, monitor service performance against key indicators, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of operations across the borough.
You will bring:
- Significant Local Authority Parking Service experience in contract and performance management.
Strong knowledge of legislation, statutory guidance and operational practices to ensure traffic management services are delivered to a high standard. - Experience of leading Parking Service teams and managing complex service contracts supporting the civil parking enforcement operation.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills. Ability to run reports and present data in various formats.
- A track record of delivering service improvements and achieving positive outcomes for stakeholders and Local Authority.
