The opportunity

As Retail Media Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and selling a growing Retail Media proposition across both depot and retail channels.

You'll work directly with suppliers and FMCG partners to understand their objectives, develop compelling media solutions and secure investment that delivers measurable value for both the supplier and the business.

This is a highly commercial role where you'll have the opportunity to build relationships, develop new revenue streams, shape media propositions and see the direct results of your work.

You'll be responsible for:

• Building and managing a strong pipeline of supplier opportunities
• Presenting the Retail Media proposition to suppliers and commercial partners
• Securing incremental supplier investment
• Developing supplier growth plans and annual commercial plans
• Creating compelling media packages and commercial proposals
• Managing campaign bookings and delivery
• Planning campaigns and briefing internal teams and partners
• Developing commercial forecasts and tracking performance
• Producing revenue, supplier and campaign reporting
• Measuring campaign profitability and commercial success
• Building long-term supplier relationships and identifying further opportunities
• Improving forecast accuracy and maximising revenue growth

What you'll bring

We're looking for a commercially driven Retail Media professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and delivering measurable results.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous Retail Media experience
• Experience within Grocery, FMCG or a related commercial environment would be advantageous
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to develop supplier or client partnerships
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management capability
• Experience managing programmes, campaigns or commercial projects
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills
• A results-driven, proactive approach
• The confidence and ambition to identify and convert new commercial opportunities
