RGSS is recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a leading maintenance provider, carrying out reactive repairs across social housing properties in Oxford and the surrounding areas.
Description:
- Carry out general property maintenance and repairs.
- Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, and flooring.
- Undertake minor electrical work where qualified.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
- Use tools safely and follow health and safety procedures.
- Maintain high standards, accurate records, and clean work areas.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, customers, and colleagues.
- Report hazards, additional repairs, and safeguarding concerns.
✅ Requirements
- Multi-trade / maintenance experience
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- DBS required - processed at offer stage
- Reliable and professional
