What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting young people in a secure residential setting
• Building positive and trusted relationships
• Encouraging independence and life skills
• Taking part in activities, education and daily routines
• Acting as a positive role model
• Promoting safety, wellbeing and positive outcomes
• Working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
