Liverpool, Merseyside Hays Legal Your new company A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing property team. The firm has a strong presence across the region and is recognised for providing high-quality legal services to both private and commercial clients. Your new role You will manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and general property transactions. Working closely with a diverse client base, you'll play a key role in delivering practical legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships. What you'll need to succeed You will have a minimum of three years' experience in property law, gained within a commercial, residential or mixed property practice. Strong technical ability, excellent client care skills and experience using case management systems are essential. You will be confident managing your own workload and building lasting client relationships.
