The business works across areas including FinTech, WealthTech, InsurTech, RegTech and payments, giving you the chance to build broad commercial knowledge while contributing to continued growth.

The Role

As a Graduate FinTech Events Sales professional, you’ll help grow sponsorship revenue by connecting leading financial organisations with relevant industry events. You’ll receive structured training on FinTech and financial markets, then develop the confidence to speak with Managing Directors, Partners and other senior stakeholders. You’ll learn prospecting, consultative sales, negotiation, account management and pipeline management, with room to progress into management as you develop.

• Research target companies, map accounts and identify senior decision-makers.
• Build new leads through proactive outreach and business development calls.
• Pitch the value of FinTech events and negotiate sponsorship opportunities.
• Manage an active sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients through account management.
• Attend international events and manage client relationships onsite.

• £28,000 salary with £40,000 OTE.
