Birmingham, West Midlands RG Setsquare We're Hiring: Mobile Water Treatment Technician 🚨🔧💧 📍 Birmingham / Coventry Region 💷 Competitive Salary + Benefits 🕗 Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 17:00 🚐 Mobile Role | Company Vehicle Provided 🏥 Healthcare | Water Hygiene & Treatment We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Water Treatment Technician to support healthcare and commercial sites across the Birmingham and Coventry region. 💧 The role focuses on Legionella control, water hygiene, sampling, temperature monitoring, inspections and remedial works. 🔧 Key Responsibilities 🌡️ Temperature monitoring and water sampling. 🚿 Showerhead descales and TMV servicing. 💧 Cold water storage tank inspections, cleaning and remedial works. 🧪 Water system testing, analysis and disinfection. ⚗️ Closed-system chemical dosing, including inhibitors and biocides. 💦 Water softener servicing and disinfection. 🔥 Calorifier and boiler water system inspections/testing. 🛠️ Plumbing remedial works, including dead-leg removal and TMV replacements. 📋 Complete accurate service reports and technical documentation. 🦺 Follow RAMS, risk assessments and safe working procedures. 🤝 Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach. 🚗 Travel between sites across Birmingham, Coventry and surrounding areas. 👨‍🔧 Requirements 💧 Previous experience in Water Treatment, Water Hygiene or a similar role. 🦠 Strong knowledge of Legionella control and water hygiene. 🧪 Experience with water sampling and temperature monitoring. 🔩 Experience with TMVs, tanks and water systems. 🎓 Relevant water treatment/Legionella qualifications. 🚰 Level 2 Plumbing qualification desirable. 🦺 Good understanding of Health & Safety, RAMS and risk assessments. 🚐 Full UK driving licence. 💬 Strong communication and customer service skills. 💼 What's On Offer 💷 Competitive salary + benefits. 🕗 Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 17:00. 🚐 Company vehicle provided. 📍 Mobile role across Birmingham, Coventry and surrounding areas. 🏥 Healthcare-focused environment. 🎓 Training and professional development. 🔒 Stable, long-term opportunity.💧 If you have strong Legionella and water hygiene experience and are looking for a mobile role with a varied workload, we'd like to hear from you.
