Responsibilities include general ledger accounting including month end journals like accrual, prepaid amortization, etc. It also includes Balance Sheet reconciliations, assisting AP process management, assistance in VAT files preparation, and regulatory reporting. The position requires liaison with Group Finance, local taxation service providers, Compliance, Internal Audit, ICT, and the external audit team.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate or semi- qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Finance/Accountancy role of a larger organisation, financial services sector is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills; Business Objects experience is desirable
- Strong communication/presentation skills. Able to adapt and adjust to different audiences as required.

- Good team player
- Resilient and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
