KS2 PPA cover teacher

Desian Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established two form entry primary school in Warrington to recruit an enthusiastic and adaptable KS2 PPA Teacher for a long-term position.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher looking to join a supportive school team and teach across Key Stage 2, delivering high-quality lessons while class teachers are released for planning, preparation and assessment time.

Your new role

As the successful KS2 PPA Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons across Years 3 to 6
• Maintain high standards of teaching and learning
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Follow school policies and procedures effectively
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Passion for raising attainment and supporting pupil development.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• ECTs with relevant placement experience are encouraged to apply.
