Position: Loan Data Validation Officer

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)

Candidate must have valid work visa to work in the Netherlands.

✅Key Responsibilities:

Perform independent validation of transactional and static loan data against source documents and systems

Reconcile key data between financial ledgers and operational systems

Investigate and drive resolution of data quality issues

Maintain and further develop the data validation framework

Support system, process and regulatory change initiatives

Collaborate with Transaction Support, Finance, Risk, IT and Front Office teams

✅Requirements:

4-5 years of relevant experience as a Loan Administration Officer with a strong data quality focus, or as a Data Validation / Data Quality Officer

Understanding of syndicated lending, project finance and/or bilateral loans with corporate customers

Solid understanding of the loan life cycle, notices, rollovers, fees, covenants and collateral

Strong Excel skills

Excellent command of English

✅Preferred:

Experience with SQL, Power BI or Tableau

Experience with data profiling and sampling techniques

Japanese or Dutch language skills

Detail-oriented, analytical and structured approach
