Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies focused on the Japanese market.

The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of activities including content creation, event management, digital marketing, lead generation, and data analytics. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness and driving business opportunities in Japan.

In addition to working closely with the Japan team, you will collaborate with global colleagues across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation

• Create Japanese-language content for websites, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media channels.

• Develop and manage marketing materials, including company presentations, proposal decks, brochures, flyers, and infographics.

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads.

Event Management & Partner Relations

• Support the planning and delivery of online and offline seminars, exhibitions, conferences, and partner events.

• Build and manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and business partners.

• Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and develop business relationships.

Data Management & Analysis

• Manage sales and marketing data through CRM and marketing automation platforms.

• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management.

Market Research & Business Support

• Conduct research on developments in technology, innovation, sustainability, and international business.

• Support sales, marketing, and broader business operations as required.

• Collaborate with teams across different regions, including overseas offices.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese language skills (written and spoken).

• Business-level English communication skills.

• Strong understanding of the Japanese corporate and business landscape.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, corporate communications, sales planning, or related fields.

• Experience creating Japanese-language content, including press releases, articles, and marketing materials.

• Experience organizing and managing seminars, exhibitions, or business events.

• Proficiency in design and content creation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.

• Experience using marketing platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Currently residing in Japan.
