About the role
We are seeking to appoint a confident and cheerful Business Assistant to join our team. The role involves providing high-quality administrative and clerical support to the school's staff, students, parents, and visitors.
The role involves assisting with the smooth and efficient operation of school administration while maintaining accurate records, delivering excellent customer service, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Good communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to multi task. Experience of working in a busy office environment and good IT skills are also essential. A current first aid and youth mental health first aid qualification is required or the willingness to train for one.
