Financial Accountant

Thatcham, UK Venture Recruitment Partners Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a market leading new client in Thatcham to recruit a Financial Accountant for a 6 month contract. Key Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant include: Ensure financial results are accurate and fully compliant Provide support for annual statutory audit Provide support for all company and indirect tax returns Working in partnership with the wider finance team, support the month end close process  Embrace PowerBI dashboards and big data to drive business performance Ensure that effective internal controls are in place Support the UK’s Statutory Accounting Officer compliance programme Maintain the tax control frameworks, risk matrices and related narratives Key Requirements of the Financial Accountant include: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)  Experience delivering UK statutory accounts and tax compliance activities Practical experience of using Microsoft Excel to an advanced level Pay Rate - £(Apply online only)/day (inside IR35) Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office, 3 days a week from home All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
