Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector)

A great opportunity has been created for a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) to join a well-established South West based Building Control team on a contract basis (Minimum RBI 2A or predicted to be soon).

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plan & site assessment services on both on Domestic and/or Commercial schemes (RBI dependent). There is no office presence required for this role although there is an office available if needed.

• Rate: £50- £60/hr DOE
• Contract Length: Initial 3 month contract (Likely to run long-term)
• Location: South West
• IR35 Status: Inside IR35 (Outside IR35 a possibility)
• Hours: Up to 37hrs/wk available (part-time would also be of interest)
