Are you a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant looking for work in Dartford?

About the Learning Support Assistant Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to help pupils access learning and enjoy their time at school.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils during classroom activities
• Working with individuals and small groups
• Helping children stay engaged with their learning
• Supporting literacy and numeracy activities
• Encouraging confidence and independence
• Providing additional support to pupils with SEND
• Helping with classroom routines and transitions
• Working closely with teachers and other support staff

The exact responsibilities will depend on the school and the needs of its pupils.
